14 New Ways to Love Garlic at Krazy Garlik!
Do you like garlic? I love it particularly garlic flakes! I always try to add a little more in my goto and tapsilog. If you are repelled by the smell of garlic, lemme change your perspective :)
With a dozen of restaurants under The Bistro Group's belt, I have only been to five of them. With a mission to try 'em all, I immediately said yes to an invite from our friends at Perkcomm Inc.
Dinner at Krazy Garlik Greenbelt 5 started off with hummus and a healthy bowl of salad. I wanted to eat more of both but I need space for other dishes to come :)

Roasted Tomato Salad - P495[/caption]I love it when ribs are already sliced before serving. Each piece was well coated with flavors I didn't feel the need to dip it in the sauce.

It was my first time to eat oxtail and I'm glad that I will always remember the juicy and tender meat I had at Krazy Garlik. I was a little concerned with the amount of oil, which I think was the natural oil from the meat. The paella had generous amounts of oxtail meat and chorizo and while I liked it, I guess I'm more of a seafood paella person.

To choose between Krazy Garlik's Krazy Mess and Affogato Trifle is not an option. The combination of frozen raspberry, Nata de Coco, whipped cream and strawberry ice cream is a sweet tooth's dream come true while coffee and ice cream lovers like moi will love this cold and bittersweet cup of goodness. The homemade meringue added an additional texture to both desserts.

I wasn't feeling adventurous that day so I settled with a safe drink choice. With real mango chunks and the right sweetness, I couldn't ask for more from my glass of Mango Berry :)

And while not part of the new menu items, we were served Chef Josh Boutwood's favorite - Crispy Pata. Who couldn't say no to that crunchy goodness? :)

To complete the list, Krazy Garlik also offers Asian Chicken salad, Kickin' Krazy salad, Hot Pot Pie, Seafood Spaghetti, Creamy Chorizo and Sausage, and Seoul Rice.

Garlic was incorporated in each dish and drink in ways that added aroma, taste and nutrition. I'm glad there are restaurants that highlight one of the healthiest foods in the world like Krazy Garlik.
