Head up to Pampanga for a three-day celebration of all things delicious at Big Bite! The Northern Food Festival!

There's something for everyone! Visitors can expect over a hundred of food concepts and vendors representing the best of Regions I, II, III and the Cordillera Administrative Region right at the food capital of the Philippines.

Freshly made empanada, which is originally from Batac, and longganisa <3 :) #marqueebigbite

..with some known exotic delicacies..




..but also on a nostalgic one with simple but sumptuous delights food vendors offer! Yup, I'm talking about ice scramble, strawberry taho, binatog, sorbetes, etc.!

A live sisig cook-off, to commemorate this festival's theme, was presented by Chef Emelita Galang and Chef Sau del Rosario.

Other attractions / activities of interest

Aside from the food market, the food festival will also feature the following:

  • cooking demos from Lifestyle Network chefs, Chef Sandy Daza (October 19, 6 p.m.) of Foodprints and the lively Chef Sharwin Tee (October 18, 6 p.m.)

  • food art installations by Filipino visual artist Leeroy New and the Pampanga Arts Guild that promotes specialty dishes

  • a culinary cook-off between top culinary schools in Pampanga and Bulacan, and

  • live entertainment.
